Working for Holland America Line onboard the cruise ship ms Amsterdam during their World Cruise, as part of the show band in the Queen's lounge, as well as playing various cocktail sets around the ship.

Working for Holland America Line onboard the cruise ship ms Oosterdam as part of the show band in the Vista lounge. Along with playing various cocktail sets I also performed a Classical Guitar set once a week.

Working for Holland America Line onboard the cruise ship ms Statendam as part of the show band in the Van Gogh lounge. As well as playing various cocktail sets around the ship.

18 Jul - 1 Nov 2003

Working for Holland America Line onboard their 'Vista-Class' cruise ship the ms Zuiderdam.

  • Part of the show band for the main cabaret artists playing in the Vista lounge. Backing both Paul Tanner and Claude-Eric Brunelle.
  • As a member of the 'Queen's Lounge' band, which involved playing regular dancing sets along with Rock 'n Roll, Blues Brothers, Country and Disco theme nights.

Summer 2001

Band Leader and guitarist of the lounge band onboard Windstar Cruise's Windsurf. This consisted of 2 dinner jazz sets, 1 easy listening and a minimum of 3 sets playing all the popular hits.

Music Qualifications

1997-2001

Completed a BA (Hons) Degree in Popular Music and Recording at the University of Salford gaining a 2:1 grade.

1995-1997

Passed, with distinctions, a BTEC National Diploma in Popular Music and Recording at The Oldham College.
